Here’s how it works

Once you reach the checkout page there's two options, either collect in-store or delivery to your home/workplace.
After you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order.
If you've selected our delivery service, when your completed order is ready you will receive a email confirming it's on it's way to you.
If you selected our click-and-collect service, your order will be confirmed by email with a pick-up date.
As a guide, your order will normally be confirmed within 48 hours. (please note this may be longer during the summer holidays)

Return & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 30 days of when you purchased or received it. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
